How to Check Your Size
Confirm that your existing Beckson deck plate is a screw-out style with a threaded lid.
Then check the clear opening or cutout rather than relying only on the outside flange diameter. An 8″ nominal screw-out plate has an approximately 8-1/2″ cutout and 10″ outside flange.
If available, also check the underside of the lid or frame for a Beckson model or size marking before ordering.
